About Allen
With 30 years of experience in the industry, Allen Johnson is one of the top-producing real estate agents in King and Snohomish County. Whether you're buying or selling a home, our goal is simple; help you get the best deal while keeping the sales process smooth and pain-free. Allen works all throughout the I-5 corridor, from Arlington to Auburn and beyond. Allen is a lifelong resident of Washington State, and has been married for 30 years to his wife Nancy. When he's not helping clients, you can usually find Allen on a soccer field (or driving his youngest kids, Sol and Mateo, to one).

About Ben
Ben became a licensed real estate broker in 2018, and has since worked alongside Allen as a part of the Hardworking Nice Guys team. Ben specializes in helping first time (and long time) buyers, with extra emphasis on education and communication to create a smooth and successful real estate process. During the work week, he creates marketing materials for listings and helps coordinate all transactions. Ben studied journalism at WWU, and now spends his time playing with his golden retriever Penny, or trying new restaurants with his fiancé Diana.

Meet Natalie! Her career in real estate began this year, making the transition from the restaurant industry in April 2021. Natalie focuses on fostering trust and ensuring the client feels at ease throughout the entire process, via consistent and clear communication. When she’s not assisting transactions or looking for community outreach opportunities, you can find her tending to her houseplants, cuddling up with her cats, or testing out a new recipe!
