My son Ben, also a licensed real estate broker, and I have both noticed a trend in 2020 - no inventory. We saw very few homes come on the market in January, which meant the return of multiple-offer scenarios and escalating prices. Less supply means more demand, and it was apparent in our sales last month. We expect this trend to continue as folks search for homes in the greater Seattle area. It should be a busy Spring!
